Nomination statement: “These two girls are the sweetest, most helpful girls I know. They spent a lot of their summer coming to school and volunteering their time to help many of us teachers with whatever we needed. They are good to all classmates and willing to help whenever someone needs it.”


What was the last thing that made you feel like an idiot?
Sadie: “Tripping up the stairs at the football game”
Emma: “Running into a glass door”

If you knew me, you would know that I . . .
Sadie: “can’t stand when people chew with their mouths open or loudly.”
Emma: “am crazy and loud.”

Where do you see yourself in five years?
Sadie: “Broke, needing sleep and loving life”
Emma: “College”

What is the weirdest food you ever ate?
Sadie: “Buffalo meatloaf — very good”
Emma: “Grub”

What is your favorite article of clothing and why?
Sadie: “Sweatshirts because they are comfy”
Emma: “Sweatshirts because they’re comfy and warm”

What is your most prized possession and why?
Sadie: “My grandpa’s hunting pocketknife because it reminds me of him when I go hunting”
Emma: “Track conference medal because I worked hard to earn it”
