You Donut Want to Miss This!: Willow Geiser

Koralyn Karls

Student: Willow Geiser, senior

Nominating staff member: Mrs. Sam Meyers, English teacher

Nomination statement: “Willow is an extremely hard worker, and she always has a smile on her face. She brightens up any room she’s in.”

If you could wake up tomorrow having gained one quality or ability, what would it be and why? “To be able to grow my hair fast. I would pick this because I can never decide if I want my hair short or long before cutting it.”

When was the last time you cried of happiness and why? “Literally, the whole day competing at state for dance because everything was a ‘senior last’ and because we were state champs and I made the All State Team for my solo.”

Whom is your hero and why? “My mom. She is my best friend in the whole world, and she does so much for me and my family and probably goes underappreciated a lot of the time.”

If you knew me, you would know that I . . . “absolutely hate feet! My feet and anyone else’s. I hate looking at feet and having to touch others’ feet during dance, work or any other ‘feet-touching’ situation.”

Where do you see yourself in five years? “Graduating from UW-Green Bay with a degree in business with an emphasis on human resources and then preparing to move onto law school.”

Whom is one person — alive or dead — you would like to share a meal with? “I really can’t choose one. I would choose my great grandpa and great grandma because I miss them so much and would do anything to have one last conversation with both of them.”

*The student as well as the nominating staff member each receives a box of donuts.
