The BVCK (Brillion, Valders, Chilton and Kaukauna) girls swim team took first place at the varsity invitational swim meet hosted by Manitowoc Lincoln on Oct. 8. They won by over 100 points with a final score of 564. Some top individual finishes from Chilton included senior Afton Frank, taking fourth in the 50 free and the 100 free. Sophomore Sophia Pingel took eighth in the 200 free, and sophomore Marissa Ray took seventh in the 100 back. Freshman Ariana Ortlieb took seventh in the 50 free, and freshman Lucy Harn took first place in the 100 back and second in 100 free. BVCK also took first and third in the 200 medley relay, second and sixth in the 200 free relay and second and fifth in the 400 free relay.
